Alumni volunteering
Alumni volunteering
Each year, hundreds of alumni volunteers draw on their knowledge, experience and expertise to help the next generation of Leeds graduates to succeed.
Whether you're embarking on your career journey or already established in your field, help our students to flourish by volunteering at Leeds in-person or remotely.
Help our students to flourish by offering careers advice, sharing knowledge about your industry, mentoring students or providing work experience.
When you volunteer at Leeds, you’ll develop your existing leadership and mentoring skills, expand your professional network, connect with Leeds and experience the pride and satisfaction that comes with helping students to achieve their goals.
Sign up to become a volunteer by emailing the alumni volunteering team at alumnivolunteers@leeds.ac.uk or by completing our volunteering registration form.
Ways you can volunteer
-
Mentoring
Our students thrive when alumni give them real-life insights into the world of work. You could be the mentor or e-mentor that launches a student’s career.
-
Internships and placements
Offer internships or placements and benefit from the specialist skills, new ideas and enthusiasm our students can provide.
-
